Shipping policy
We ship as soon as possible. Generally we are able to ship items within a few days of purchase with exception of holidays and vacations times.
International orders may take 1 week up to 3 months to arrive so please be patient with them. Please do not worry if your item takes over 3 weeks to arrive.
International buyers- International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I am not responsible for the fault of the USPS, etc... Please understand that my processing time is different than their processing time.
Packages can get stuck at sorting facilities, not scanned correctly or unfortunately lost. I will do everything I can to locate your package but I cannot be held accountable for the USPS, etc... and the delay in their mailing system. I can not refund if an order does not get to you on time. I am happy to work with you and locate your package.
One Ship To address per transaction- If you are ordering three different items and you want each item sent to a different address, please order each item separately and change the Shipping address accordingly for each transaction.
If you're purchasing a gift you may have me send it directly the the recipient - let me know which address you'd like your items shipped to in the "message to seller" box.
or when checking out, use the recipients address as the shipping address.
